CO83 is a small minority and veteran-owned business that possesses over 40 years of fleet management and safety experience and can assist with fleet organization transformations.

CO83 generally will complete fleet operations or safety overviews within 120 business days. The time can be extended depending on the size of the fleet.

CO83 can develop tailored fleet, safety, hazmat, and leadership training to fit organizational needs. All training will be conducted onsite or virtually with a provided certificate of completion for all training courses.

CO83 can temporarily fill vacant positions for a duration until vacancies are filled. CO83 generally will not exceed 120 continuous days with position fills.

CO83 will provide one-on-one fleet management training for newly hired or promoted personnel and provide a formal evaluation of their performance after 90 days.

CO83 will provide recommendations for operational improvements and identify sound practices during the review. All recommendations will be tailored to the organization.

CO83 can assist with developing baseline policies and procedures to meet regulatory or local requirements.

CO83 can assist with sourcing and interviewing candidates for vacant positions. Only recommendations will be made after the interview process.
